Memu Local provides free standard shipping to the United States and Canada. Review the selected color and accessory combination and check your address before submitting the order.

Processing and transit

We generally process orders in 1–2 business days. After the package is dispatched, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; a carrier delay, weather event or address issue can affect the estimate.

Following your package

Tracking information is shared when available. If your address needs correction, contact us as soon as possible with the order number; we will check whether an update can still be made before dispatch.

Missing or damaged delivery

Contact our team with the order details if the package is delayed, missing or damaged. Keep any damaged packaging and provide photographs when possible. Applicable local charges depend on your destination and the information shown at checkout.
