Returns for your chosen set

If you need to request a return or exchange, contact Memu Local within 30 business days of delivery. Tell us which configuration you ordered and why you are contacting us before you send the item back.

Help us review the request

Include your order number and photos if the trainer or an accessory arrived damaged or incorrect. Keep the trainer, massage ball and any resistance bands belonging to your selected set together, along with packaging where possible.

Shipping a return

We pay the return shipping cost for eligible returns. Our team will provide instructions and the return method; please use those instructions rather than sending the item to the contact address without notice.

After we receive it

Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, approved refunds generally take 3–5 business days to process. Your payment provider may require additional time. Ask us about available exchanges. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
